Powder coating is a new type of 100% solid powder coating which does not contain solvents. With no solvent, no pollution, energy and resources saving, recycling, environmental protection, higher performance, low health risk to workforce, economical advantages etc. Most powder coating is used by electrostatic spraying on metal surface, and then cure in oven, eventually form a solid layer.
Polyester resin powder coating is used for powder coating of surface treatment of outdoor metal products.
Powder painting is a material coating process, where dry, free-flowing powders are applied to a target electrostatically and then cured with heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. It is usually used to create a pre-determined hard finish, which maintains its color hue, and is tougher than conventional paint. After application of the powder coating, the parts enter a curing oven where with the addition of heat, a very durable weather resistant finish is achieved. Powder coatings can be applied to metal and non-metallic substrates such as plastics and fiberboard. We offer coatings with sand, wrinkle, crack, ripple and hammer texture effects. These coatings have a good decorative effect.
